Do you charge for delivery?
Orders over £30 are delivered free. There is a £5 delivery charge on orders under £30.
How long will delivery take?
Customers in postcodes CT5, 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13 will receive same day delivery on orders placed before 10.30am.
We aim to dispatch all other orders placed before 2pm for next day delivery, provided the goods are in stock and the order has been paid. If there are any items out of stock you will be sent the rest of your order and the out of stock items at a later date.
What if I’m not in when you deliver?
If there’s a chance you could be out please let us know specific instructions as to where our driver can leave goods: With a neighbour, side gate left open, behind wheelie bin etc.. We will remember your preferences so you will not need to let us know again.
Can I place my order by phone?
Yes, of course. We know that sometimes you want to be able to talk to somebody. Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are available to talk to between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday.
What if I need to add to an order that I’ve already placed?
No problem. Phone us and we can manually add the product to your order. I can’t find what I’m looking for? Phone us. Our website is constantly being updated so the product may not be online yet. Our buyers have over 20 years experience in this industry and if a product exists, then we will source it or recommend an alternative.
What do I do if I ordered the wrong item or I no longer want the goods?
No problem. If the goods are still in their original condition, and it is within 14 days from when you ordered then we can arrange collection. You will get credited the amount you paid for the goods less the cost of the return once the goods have been received. You won’t get charged a restocking fee.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards. Paypal.
How do I open a 30 day credit account?
Contact us by phone or email and we will email you a credit application form.

Do I receive a vat invoice for my order?
Yes, all orders have an invoice attached. You will also be able to download a copy if needed.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After checking out you will receive an email showing you what you’ve ordered. We will then process your order and attach a vat invoice to your delivery. You will not receive any further emails from us unless there is a problem with your order, such as the item not being in stock.
What is your returns / cancellation policy?
After checking out you will receive an email showing you what you’ve ordered. Customers can immediately cancel orders without any cost incurred to themselves by phoning us on 01843 223000. Customers have up to 14 days to ask for a refund on goods already delivered. We will credit all goods returned to us by the original payment method. Buyer pays return postage.
