The risk in goods passes to the Buyer on delivery ex warehouse. Goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of the Seller as legal and equitable owner until the full purchase price has been paid to the Seller together with any outstanding monies owed to the Seller by the Buyer.
The Seller may, for the purpose of recovery of its goods, enter upon any premises where they are stored or thought to be stored and repossess the same.
The contract between Buyer and Seller shall, in all respects, be constructed and operate as and English contract governed by English law.
The Seller must be notified in writing of any shortage or damage within 3 working days of delivery and non-delivery within 7 working days of receipt of invoice.
Interest will be charged on accounts exceeding 30 days.
Weights and measures shown are those supplied by manufacturers and no liability will be accepted for any discrepancies.
All chemical products must be stored according to label instructions. No liability will be accepted for any claim where chemical products have been stored or used in a manner other than that shown on the instruction label.
The Seller reserves the right to alter the price of any product without notice.
